Andy Doyle joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2015 and currently serves as managing director of Global Corporate Services in the company’s St. Louis, Missouri, office. Mr. Doyle guides Newmark Grubb Zimmer’s team in meeting clients’ unique commercial real estate needs and developing strategic plans, which allows clients to focus more on their core businesses. Throughout his eleven-year career, he has completed over 650 transactions totaling more than $125 million. 

Prior to Newmark Grubb Zimmer, Mr. Doyle served as a vice president in the retail corporate services division of a global real estate company. In this role, he specialized in transaction management services including lease negotiations, portfolio optimization strategy and project management for a number of national and international clients, including several Fortune 500 companies.
